I made these a while back (before i had my CNC).  This was an original design that I created in Sketchup.  I printed full scale templates on paper, made patterns out of MDF, and then routed all of the pieces out of 3/4 plywood.  I glued all of the pieces together, sanded, and sealed with poly.
