This table was built for my younger sister and her husband. They are in the military and wanted a hefty table for their family. Since the move frequently I wanted to design a table that would easily break down and re-assemble. I used threaded bolt inserts so that the table will come apart in six pieces. The top is quarter sawn sycamore and the base is poplar. All lumber was from southern Indiana. #massivetrestletable
